Rosen Property Management, Inc (RPM) incorporated in 2013. Our company was started after successfully managing 2 local real estate companies and seeing a need for a property management company that offered the property owners the help they need to be successful.
Any property owner, from the owner of a small single family home to a multi-million dollar investment property knows that the key to success is occupancy and retention.
RPM provides a full-service product. Starting with making sure all properties are up to code with Federal, State and local regulations and providing a safe and comfortable home for all tenants. We handle all maintenance requests with prompt responsiveness and professionalism. We provide owners with detailed reports allowing owners and investors to make timely and accurate decisions regarding both daily and long-term expenditures. And finally, we do an extensive screening in order to place the ideal tenant into your property. All tenants go through a strict screen process, including credit checks, background reports, past eviction history, rental history reporting, employment verification, etc..
This screening process has proven to not only place the ideal tenant into the property, but maintain occupancy.
